Hosting group fitness classes and open-use time, the studio is partnered with all the equipment - BOSU balls, steps, body bars and more - to keep you going.

The cycling studio features Keiser's award winning, M3 Indoor Cycle Bikes; the result of more than a decade of research and manufacturing experience. Each bike is equipped with a computer that displays revolutions per minute, power output (in Watts), heart rate (polar compatible), gear and more!

Our brand new Women's Only fitness area includes a wide variety of cardio and weights, as well as a Women's Only fitness studio

Please note the following:

• Male staff will not be entering the women's only section
• In the event that a male staff needs to enter the area for equipment maintenance or to ensure the safety of the area, a female staff or member will announce their entry before hand
• In the event of an emergency, for example if first aid is needed, a male staff may enter the area unannounced
