Fitness Classes at The Pulse
In person Group fitness and Cycling classes are are located on the 2nd floor of the newly renovated Pulse Fitness Centre. Access the studios using the Pulse stairs or elevator. Advanced registration is not required so please drop in!
Take the stairs at the far end of the Pulse or the elevator up two levels and see the great view we have from our Fitness and Cycling studios!
