You must be a Pulse member to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in. Please note that all class types may not be available each term depending on instructor availability. Please be aware of our dress code and bag policies before coming in for your first workout (i.e. no tank tops/bags) and remember to bring your card to scan in!
