Strength, cardio, core… and repeat! This non-stop class will target all areas of fitness by utilizing the principles of interval training to give you the most out of your 50-minute session. We promise to get you moving and keep you motivated, so bring the towel, don’t forget the water bottle and get ready for a great workout! 

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
