High Performance Area

The High Performance Area (HPA) is where we do the bulk of our training. This open-concept weight-room allows for better coaching and efficiently of training sessions.

The Plyo Area is designed for plyometrics and is ideal for medicine ball and jump training

Indoor Track

Our 4-lane 200 metre indoor track surrounds the High Performance Area and is the perfect area for dynamic warm-ups, conditioning, agility and speed training.

Outdoor Ftiness Centre

Outdoor Ftiness Centre

With donations through the Student Life Enhancement Fund, the Outdoor Fitness Centre was installed at the north end of the Mona Campbell Track in August of 2015. This space features outdoor benches, parallel bars, a boulder rock and rope bridge that enable Athlete's Edge to take their training outside of the weight room.

We like to take training outside when the weather is nice. Our 8-lane 400 metre outdoor track is perfect for outdoor dynamic warm-ups, conditioning, agility and speed training.

Our Turf fields are ideal for outdoor plyometric training, dynamic warm-ups and physical literacy.

McMaster Performance Services understands the importance of educating our athletes on training to equip them with all the tools they need to succeed. We have classrooms available for education seminars on specific training topics.
