Meditation - Exam Stress Relief Classes

We are offering FREE Exam Stress Relief Yoga classes, please do drop in.

Take a break from your studies and enjoy some quiet time in our Mindfulness Studio under the guidance of an instructor.

This class will help you with relaxation and strategies to deal with exam anxiety.

  • No pre-registration required, drop in and Free to McMaster students, DBAC Members, and Non-member Staff and Faculty only.
  • Capacity limited to 36.
