Meditation - Exam Stress Relief Classes

Take a break from your studies and enjoy some quiet time in our Mindfulness Studio under the guidance of a Meditation instructor. Come to any class, one or all.

Offered in December, no April 2019 classes being offered.

This class will help you with relaxation and strategies to deal with exam anxiety.

  • Open and Free to McMaster students, DBAC Members, and Non-member Staff and Faculty only.
  • Drop-In, No pre-registration required
