Meditation - Exam Stress Relief Classes

Offered in December and April during exam period only.

Take a break from your studies and enjoy some quiet time in our Mindfulness Studio under the guidance of a Meditation instructor.

This class will help you with relaxation and strategies to deal with exam anxiety.

  • No pre-registration required, drop in and Free to McMaster students, DBAC Members, and Non-member Staff and Faculty only.
  • Capacity limited to 30.
  • We also offer FREE Exam Stress Relief Yoga classes
