Yoga - Exam Stress Relief

Need some stress relief during the exam period, or just a yoga 'Tune-Up'? It's always the right time to relax your mind and body and feel refreshed! This yoga for all levels will help you do just that. Scroll down for complete schedule.
  • Classes offered in December and April only. 
  • No pre-registration required, drop in and Free to McMaster students, DBAC Members, and Non-member Staff and Faculty only. 
  • Space limited to 44 participants
