ALTITUDE - Team Development and Leadership Program
Community Groups
Available for participants of all ages and abilities. Programs are designed to facilitate team development, leadership, cooperation and communication skills in a safe and fun environment. ALTITUDE customizes each program to meet the specific needs of your group. Rooted in the philosophy of Challenge by Choice, all progams are based on the belief that each participant has the ability to challenge themselves according to their own goals.
Business organizations:
- ALTITUDE provides programs for corporate groups, offices, companies, and more. All of our programs are custom tailored depending on time, group goals, and desired activities. We utilize many areas on campus for our corporate programs, including a variety of dining and catering options.
Family events
- Do you have a birthday party coming up or a family social and need something fun and memorable to do? ALTITUDE is the place! Come climb our Alpine Tower and have fun with games and challenges facilitated by our excellent staff! We can host outdoors, or indoors in a private room!
Team Player/Team Leader
Team Player/Team Leader is focused on developing valuable team work and leadership skills.
Focus on Fun

Group Ascent
Climb the outdoor Alpine Tower or indoor Feather Family Climbing Wall.
Group Development Activities
A variety of initiatives aimed towards fostering leadership skills and positive group dynamics.
Bonfire & Initiatives
Enjoy a relaxing bonfire at our ALTITUDE facility. We provide the wood, as well as staff to ensure the campfire is started by your arrival and stoked throughout the program. Groups are encouraged to bring campfire snacks, musical instruments and their best campfire stories!
