MAC Dance is both a co-ed recreational and competitive club. MAC Dance Recreational Team accepts dancers with various dance backgrounds, from those who have never danced before to those who have previous dance experience. We offer numerous dance styles such as jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, etc to even Bollywood and highland. On our team, you can sign up for as many classes as you would like. These classes would happen for an hour once a week. Throughout the year we work on dances which will be performed at our year-end showcase in February. MAC Dance Competitive Team is comprised of 30+ individuals with advanced dance experience. Each dancer participates in 3+ mandatory routines and other optional pieces. We practice in varying styles and compete in these dances against other university teams at competitions across Ontario. We also put on a year-end showcase at the end of March.
