Yoga - Women's Only

Yoga is an ancient system of breathing practices, physical exercises, postures and meditation intended to integrate the practitioner’s body, mind, and spirit. Learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice with a mix of gentle and active poses, suitable for both beginners and regular practitioners. Enjoy a deeper level of health and vitality while you build strength, improve your balance, increase flexibility and reduce stress and tension for overall wellness.

  • These Yoga classes are open to all women. No membership is required, but participants must register..
  • Offered in Fall and Winter terms.
