Yoga - Restorative

Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited, as well as improvement in digestion, sleep patterns, the reduction of muscle tension, and lessened generalized fatigue. 

  • These Yoga classes are open to all. No membership is required, but participants must register.
  • Fall Program registration opens August 1.
  • Winter Program registration opens December 1
  • Not offered in Spring
