Yoga - Relax and Restore
This class will combine Beginner Yoga with Restorative yoga poses to help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited, as well as improvement in digestion, sleep patterns, the reduction of muscle tension, and lessened generalized fatigue.
Offered in Fall and Winter terms.
- These Yoga classes are open to all. No membership is required, but participants must register.
