Yoga - Power
This level is not being offered for Winter 2025
Power Yoga is a more vigorous form of yoga practice which is especially stimulating to the cardiovascular system. Yoga sequences will be introduced and practiced to help develop strength and flexibility, improve alignment and awareness and recharge the mind and body.Some prior yoga experience is helpful, but beginners are also most welcome.
- These Yoga classes are open to all. No membership is required, but participants must register.
