Yoga - Beginner/Intermediate
This level is not being offered for Winter 2025 but will be for Spring 2025
Beginner/Intermediate Yoga is designed for Beginners and also participants with some yoga experience looking to learn some Intermediate poses. Enhance your practice of yoga postures, that are physically and energetically balanced, in a safe, non-competitive and inclusive environment, with a choice of milder or more challenging options. Each class will include a short warm up, followed by full body movement and stretching.
- These Yoga classes are open to all. No membership is required, but participants must register.

Mats are provided, but bring your own to the first class if desired. Wear comfortable, layered clothing suitable for stretching.
