Muay Thai
You will learn systems of neutrality, defense, transition and attack using the strikes of the fist, elbow, kick, knee and stand up grapple. This program is designed for the beginner and the advanced athlete with an emphasis on MuayThai skills and drills, muscular endurance, strength and flexibility all in an atmosphere of fun and fitness.
