Kickboxing Fundamentals

Fundamental Kickboxing is a well-rounded introduction to the sport, suitable for beginners and those with some experience. Classes include a warm-up and stretching, learning basic techniques and kicks, partner drills, combinations, fitness training, defense practice, and a cool-down. Safety and etiquette are emphasized.
