Olympic Weightlifting is a great way to improve power and flexibility. This 1 hour, free #MacMoves workshop is designed to introduce the basics for the ‘Clean and Jerk’, everyone is welcome. Participants will learn how Olympic Weightlifting can be incorporated into their own workout routine, as well as the abundance of physiological benefits associated with this training style. 6 dates to choose from.Pre-registration required, 5 participants per workshop.
