Wrestling, Beginner
Wrestling is the base discipline for all grappling sports which teaches an individual how to take their opponent down and defend takedowns. It is one of the most important disciplines for MMA with 5 of 7 UFC champions having wrestling as their base sport. Wrestling is a great way to challenge yourself mentally and also improve your physical fitness as it requires a combination of strength, endurance and mobility. This is an introductory class for beginners with little or no wrestling experience. It will help you learn the basic fundamentals of the sport and improve your base athleticism to execute these moves proficiently.
