Student Clinical Therapist
McMaster Athletics and Recreation is thrilled to announce the opening of applications for our immersive experiential learning opportunities for the upcoming academic year of 2025-26. As part of our commitment to fostering practical skills and providing invaluable practical experiences, we are offering volunteer opportunities in our integrated support team as student performance coaches, student field therapists, and clinical student volunteers.

- Work with highly trained physiotherapists in a state-of-the-art sports medicine facility
- Gain hands-on experience interacting with patients experiencing varying orthopedic conditions
- Fall/Winter terms limited to students taking Kin 4EE3 (max 10 per term) and INSPIRE 3AR3 (max 3 per term)
- Spring/summer opportunities limited to students entering 3rd-5th year
- First Aid CPR & AED Level C is required prior to placement start date (NOT application date)
- Sport understanding and experience, as well as leadership and interpersonal skills are considered assets
