ALTITUDE is a program designed to offer leadership,  education, and team building experiences to students, youth, adults, sports teams, organizations and more.

Our goal is to educate participants about group dynamics, the role and expectations of a leader and how members of a team/group can function most effectively - empowering individuals and groups through the use of adventure programming, team building and leadership development initiatives.
 
Every individual’s experience at ALTITUDE is framed by the concept of “Challenge by Choice”, where participants choose their own level of contribution, challenge and involvement in an empowering environment of group support and achievement.

Group Interviews to be scheduled between March 20-22, 2023  -   Individual Interviews to be scheduled between March 27-April 2, 2023

If Selected as staff, you will be required to attend training April 30 and May 1-3, 2023

As a staff member at ALTITUDE your primary responsibility will be to represent our motto “Challenge by Choice”. Staff members will be responsible for ensuring the safety of participants while empowering them to discover more about themselves and their groups dynamics. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Leading group activities and initiatives for a variety of age groups and backgrounds
  • Supervising high ropes and Climbing area supervision 
  • Leading hikes and canoe trips
  • Passionate and dynamic in leadership roles
  • Enthusiastic and team oriented 
  • Love for the outdoors (not required, but an asset)
  • Ropes course experience (not required, but an asset)
  • Vulnerable Sector Scan completed prior to start date
  • Minimum Standard First Aid/CPR C certified prior to start date
