McMaster Recreation has something for everyone!

A healthy active lifestyle is beneficial to your physical, mental and social wellbeing among many other things. We know that not everyone fancies the same kind of work out. No biggie! No matter what the activity, find something you enjoy doing and just do it! We've put together quite the spread to help you stay active this fall.
 
The Pulse has several fitness and wellness programs starting this month to help keep you active – our programs are led by certified staff and include Learn to Lift, Women On Weights and Intro to Circuit. Register online or at the Recreation Business Office while there is still space available.
 
Need some extra assistance during your workouts? SNAP (Special Needs Assistance Program) might be for you!
 
Did you know that included in a Pulse membership, you have access not only to our cardio and weight equipment but the indoor rock climbing wall and access to our weekly drop-in fitness and spin classes too? All programs are offered in fully air conditioned comfort! 
 
Looking for more things to do? Yoga, Pilates, Dance, and Martial Arts are just some of the Instructional Programs offered in DBAC. Check out their Weekly Calendar,  First class free to all to try!
 
Try hitting the pool for a low-impact but excellent work out. Experience nature with outdoor recreation! Pick-up a sport during open gym time!
