Socacize Fitness is a creative blend of Caribbean and African dance movements set to calypso, soca, reggae, salsa, and dancehall. The goal of these classes is to empower each individual through Caribbean and African dance fitness creating a fun and exciting workout with rhythms to make you MOVE and FEEL GOOD in your body.
