The David Braley Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre is open for inperson appointments.  Appointments can be made by calling (905) 525-9140 ext. 23575.

 

We’ve implemented new procedures and policies to ensure the health and safety of those visiting our facility. 

 

To better prepare you for how things will look during your next visit, please note the following adjustments to our policies:

 

• All clinic visits will be by appointment only
• It is recommended that you wear a mask at all times for the duration of your visit. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. Masks may be removed while engaged in physical fitness activity in the hydrotherapy pool and clinic exercise areas
• We ask that you sanitize your hands when entering and exiting the David Braley Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre
• Please limit persons accompanying you to the appointment to one visitor for those that are minors or those requiring the assistance of a support person. 
  
• Clients are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. 
• Follow all signage posted in the DBAC building and in the clinic
• Come appropriately dressed for your appointment. For example, if you’re receiving care for a lower extremity injury, please wear shorts - if you’re receiving care for an upper extremity injury, please wear a short sleeve shirt. Changerooms are also available.
• Patient care areas and frequently touched surfaces will be carefully sanitized between each patient’s visit with Health Canada approved products
• All payments must be cashless transactions at this time. No cash will be accepted
