Yoga - Recharge Your Wellness: For Staff, Faculty, Alumni and Community

This is a program for people who aren't students anymore but want to participate in a fitness and wellness program on campus. This introductory Yoga and activity class will help with your flexibility, balance, strength and relaxation, all of which can help to improve your overall wellness.
