Three Hour Bike Ride

Back by popular demand! This unique class will be offered once per semester and is for cycling enthusiasts! Every 40 minutes, we’ll switch it up with a new instructor as well as give you a 5 minute recovery break. Whether you are an outdoor cyclist looking to get ready for the season or someone who just loves to ride- you will want to get on this!

 You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
