Your weekend begins here! This class will involve a balance of cardio and muscular conditioning. The format changes weekly by varying the class layout and workout focus. Whether you enjoy bootcamp-style, bodyweight circuit, primal movements or obstacle courses, this class has it all! ! Our knowledgeable instructor will incorporate a diverse selection of equipment into your workout, including steps, jumps, weights, stability balls, bosu balls, body bars and slide boards. 

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
