Strength Challenge

You’ve heard time and again just how good strength training is, so why wait! This class will challenge you to strengthen every muscle group in your body. Your certified instructor will lead you through a multitude of exercises using a variety of equipment including free weights, steps, stability and bosu balls,  body bars, and resistance tubes. No experience is required, we're here to help you, so join in on the challenge! 

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
