Kickboxing
Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut! Having adapted martial arts for the fitness world, this class will offer you intensity, challenge and loads of fun. Our talented instructors will introduce to you all the basics before getting into combos that you won't want to miss.
You must be a Pulse member or Day Pass holder to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
