Introductory Circuit Program

Do you have little to no experience in the gym? Do you want to get started but don't know how? Do you have trouble sticking to a program? Then this is the program for you! Join a Pulse personal trainer for a supervised 4-week circuit program. This program will get you started and assist you to build a base of fitness. Participants will meet once per week in the circuit area in the Pulse. You will be prescribed a 45-minute circuit program targeting the full body using machines and body weight core training. You will train in a group and under the personal supervision of a trainer. The team atmosphere and encouragement from a personal trainer will keep you on track.

  • No Pulse membership necessary to take this course, but a Pulse membership will be required to continue training outside the scheduled program dates.

Please be aware of the following rules and regulations:

  • Our dress code requires a full shirt with sleeves to be worn. Halter tops, sleeveless tops, tank tops, crops tops or shirts revealing the midriff are not permitted. 
  • Shorts, track pants, wind pants, and tights are permitted. Trousers, jeans, cutoffs, and pants with zippers are not acceptable. 
  • Proper athletic footwear must be worn. Bare feet, sandals, work boots, and dress shoes are not acceptable.
  • Bags and other personal belongings must be left in a locker as these present a tripping hazard in the Pulse.
