Inclines & Intervals
If you could combine our HIIT and Hills classes into one timeslot, this is the class for you! The Intervals portion includes alternating fixed intervals of high and low intensity, while Inclines features resistance-based climbs of different speeds, tensions and durations. With a dynamic change in workout stimulus, this class has something for everyone and offers tremendous physiological benefits. Just like your spin wheel, time will fly!
You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
