A resistance-focused version of our HIIT class! We follow the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) format and tweak the tension – the constant change in stimulus is bound to keep your body and mind guessing throughout the workout. This class includes alternating fixed intervals of high and low intensity and is guaranteed to meet your fitness expectations. Try Hills on its own or double down with the HIIT class!

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
