Don’t have a ton of time? Want a 25 minute workout with the same health and muscle gains of a 50-minute class? Try this class! Studies have shown that High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 20 minutes in duration is equally as effective as working out for an hour or more, The only catch is it’s hard work! HIIT IT includes alternating fixed intervals of high and low intensity and is guaranteed to meet your fitness expectations.

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
