Functional Training

Join a Certified Personal Trainer for a class that will work on improving strength, stability, and stamina. A mix of functional training exercises and formats to improve your cardio, strengthen your muscles, and feel strong and confident. 

 

This is a moderate -intensity class suitable for anyone who would like to take their fitness to the next level! 

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
