Extended Cycle

So 50 minutes isn't enough eh? This 70-minute ride is designed for those who want to leave it all on the bike. You'll need the litre water bottle for this ride!

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
