Cardio Fusion is a low impact, high intensity, cross-training adventure. Combining elements of a traditional cardio-focused class with functional strength, core work, and flexibility training, you will truly get the best of all fitness worlds. 

Increase cardio endurance and strength in a quick 50-min session. No experience necessary. 

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
