On The Ball

You’ve looked at it and have no idea what to do with it… or you’ve used it before and love it! Whether it’s the bosu or stability ball, your instructor will lead you through a variety of exercises that will challenge your strength and balance. This class will help you keep your mind and body on the ball!

You must be a Pulse member or hold a Day Pass to participate in all fitness classes. All classes are drop-in.
