McMaster Women's Football is a competitive club team that competes in the Ontario Women's Intercollegiate Football Association league (OWIFA). Open try-outs are hosted from October to November each year, followed by our season which runs from November to March.

Our team plays 11v11 contact flag football during thre regular season, consisting of 3 tournaments hosted at various universities across Ontario. 5v5 non-contact flag football runs in the spring season in April, for which teams are selected based on the existing 11v11 roster.

Practices are usually 2-3 times a week during weekday nights on the Alumni Field.
