Kickboxing Fundamentals

Fundamental Kickboxing is a well-rounded introduction to the sport, suitable for beginners and those with some experience. The classes offer an excellent opportunity to learn the art of kickboxing in a structured and supportive environment. Classes include a warm-up and stretching, learning basic techniques and kicks, partner drills, combinations, fitness training, defense practice, and a cool-down. Safety and etiquette are emphasized; as you progress, you can explore more advanced techniques and classes.

Classes cater to individuals seeking a fun way to get in shape, improve self-defense skills, or even prepare for competitive kickboxing. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some prior experience, this class is structured to accommodate all skill levels.
