Mascot Performer (Events)
McMaster Athletics is looking for an energetic, dedicated, entertaining, and responsible individual with a flexible schedule to perform as Mac The Marauder, the official mascot of the McMaster Marauders, for varsity game days, community events, and appearances as needed.

- Perform as the mascot personality in the eyes of the public
- Interact with kids and fans during events in a positive and exciting way
- Work alongside mascot spotter & event leads to ensure both fan and mascot safety
- Appearances at events can include crowd prompts, dancing, halftime entertainment, and various photo opportunities
- Expression of a friendly, engaging, enthusiastic, & animated personality within a non-speaking role
- Must be comfortable performing & interacting with fans in front of large crowds
- Good physical condition with the ability to withstand the demands of operating in the costume
- Self-sufficient and independent worker when needed
- Flexible schedule - Must be able to work home varsity games scheduled (evenings and weekends are required)
- Prior mascot or related experience preferred but not required
